This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. We keep it simple because our handling of your information is simple.

What we collect

Only what you type into our quote form: your email, and — if you add them — your tire size and a short note about what you need, plus whether you’re buying or selling. We don’t ask for anything else, and there’s no account to create.

How we use it

We use your details for one thing: to get back to you about your request — a price, your tire size, or an answer to your question. We aim to respond the same day during business hours. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, your message is emailed to our team through our email provider (Resend) so a real person can read it and reply. A copy is also stored securely in our own leads database so an inquiry is never lost if an email fails. That database is private — it’s behind a password-protected dashboard only the shop can open — and it’s never shared or made public.

Analytics & cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit, in aggregate. It doesn’t use tracking cookies and doesn’t build a personal profile of you. This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who else is involved

A few service providers make this site work: Vercel hosts it and provides the aggregate analytics above, Resend delivers the email your form generates, and Supabase stores the private copy of your inquiry. Each only handles the information needed to do that job.

Your choices

You can ask us what information of yours we hold from an enquiry, or ask us to delete it — from both our inbox and our leads database. Contact us and we’ll take care of it.
